Have you ever met someone who doesn't love tacos? I mean, theres chicken tacos, fish tacos, beef tacos, veggie tacos, bean tacos, vegan tacos, organic tacos, gluten-free tacos... the list kinda goes on until you can't think of more food you can put in a taco shell - and then that's only the ones you can remember.

I love tacos but I don't love how it usually entails being unhealthy... Well not anymore friends! That's all changing now with this A.M.A.Z.I.N.G alternative to tacos! Not only is this easy and super quick but it's incredibly nutritious! You will feel content after and happily satisfied - as opposed to bloated, oily and uncomfortably full.

Ingredients:

- Lean ground turkey

- Red peppers

- Corn

- Avocado (obviously)

- Any other veggies you love to stuff in your tacos

- Big lettuce leaves: I don't specify here because it all depends on where you live in the world as to what you can get - so get some that are big enough to stuff with all the taco goodies

- Salsa (either store bought or homemade - if store bought make sure to check the ingredients for the clean, nothing funky added that shouldn't be in a clean-eating salsa)

- Cheese (if you're feeling down for a little unhealthy)

For the turkey you will want to use a bunch of different spices to give it lots of flavour! For this recipe I used: chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, and a little salt and pepper.

To make this meal all you really have to do is prep the veggies and lettuce wraps and then make the turkey. To make the turkey, toss some olive oil or coconut oil on the pan with a little onion and a little fresh garlic - let that sauté for a bit. Then you add the turkey. Once the turkey is almost ready I like to toss in the red peppers to heat them and soften them up a bit - while also giving and brining out more flavour.

And that's pretty much it! Then it's time to build your taco and put in whatever you're little tummy is craving for!

It really doesn't get more easy than that! It will take you a maximum of 20 minutes to make a healthy, nutritious and guilty free dinner, that everyone will love! It's also a super easy meal to make vegetarian or vegan - just replace the turkey with a bean and quinoa combination or maybe sweet potatoes!

Again the opportunities are endless! Xo
