Nana Pancakes: (1 serving)


  • 1 Banana                                  
  •  2 Eggs                                                                                
  •  Cinnamon (however much you prefer) :)                                
  •  Finely crushed almonds/pecans                                          
  •  Coconut Oil

Mix it all together and throw it on the pan with coconut oil. Add the crushed nuts a little after putting the mix on the pan. 

Top it off with a dollop of non-fat plain greek yogurt, fruit or honey (or all three if you really want to get crazy) and you're golden! :)
