Goodie goodie goodie! This "Goodies" category is for the in-between meals snacks or they can be used as desserts! If you are like me then you are hungry for something yummy in the afternoon and the thought of waiting until 7 for dinner is just unimaginable. Which is why I always keep lots of healthy snacks and goodies in my home! I try to keep all of the snacks and desserts refined sugar free, low carb, occasionally vegan but most importantly yummy without all the uncessisary sweeteners and addatives.
