That last "main meal" of the day that fills your tummy for the evening and for your nights sleep. Dinner is the time of day that I get the most creative and eat something different every day fo the week, unlike breakfast or lunch where I might eat the same thing 7 days in a row... My dinners are always filled up with lots of greens and veggies because I like to fill my body with very nutritious, low carb foods for dinner - mainly for the reason that I usually don't move much after dinner (it's a lot of couch time), except the occasional post dinner walk.
