That last "main meal" of the day that fills your tummy for the evening and for your nights sleep. Dinner is the time of day that I get the most creative and eat something different every day fo the week, unlike breakfast or lunch where I might eat the same thing 7 days in a row... My dinners are always filled up with lots of greens and veggies because I like to fill my body with very nutritious, low carb foods for dinner - mainly for the reason that I usually don't move much after dinner (it's a lot of couch time), except the occasional post dinner walk. Below are some of my favorite dinners that don't take long, are filled with healthy goodies, while being so delicious that anyone in your family will love it.
