This month, I decided to keep the same weekly divide of the workouts the same as March. This is because of a conversation I had about consistency recently. Sometimes we just need pure consistency in our lives to keep things simple and manageable - and what's wrong with that? Nothing! So let's not make things complicated.
If you are rocking and rolling with your daily workouts right now, then give yourself a giant hug and a pat on the back because that is freaking awesome! Starting a workout routine or just starting exercise for the first time is really intimidating, but even though it is, you're fighting through that "fear" and kicking butt! G O O D F O R Y O U G I R L!
This also correlates to why I am keeping the days the same for this month. Consistency is key for loosing weight or for living healthy. The more consistent you are the more results you're going to see, the better you'll feel and it will naturally become a stronger part of your lifestyle. When it becomes a part of your lifestyle then all of the fear and struggles with working out seem to disappear - and that's when it starts to get fun and something you look forward to everyday. So stick with it!
