I apologize for this coming out a day late! Yesterday just got away from me with the exciting ambassador news. But it's March and it's a brand new month which means it's time to mix up our workout schedule a little bit.
It's still the same cardio options and same exercise routines, I'm just mixing up the days. This is just to keep things fun and flexible, but still stick with the workouts that you've probably just started really getting into. If this is your first month trying Fitness by Candid Camille, then WELCOME! We are so excited to have you here and I can't wait for you to try the workouts.
If you find that you are ready to step it up a bit, then there are a couple of different things you can do. If you aren't already doing Stairmaster as your cardio, then I highly recommend that, it just kicks your booty a wee bit more than the elliptical, for example. If you need a bit more of a boost in relation to the floor exercises, then you can add more weights and/or do more rounds. Adding more weight is a really good way to boost those exercises (where weights are needed) and it's a simple way to add more burn to those muscles. Personally, I like to switch between 6kg (about 13 pounds) and 7 kg (about 15 pounds).
