IT'S FINALLY HERE!
Happy February 1st friends, thank you so much for being here! Today is the day that I release my very first little eBook! Fitness by Candid Camille is more of a guide - providing you with workouts, a workout calender/weekly plan and 6 delicious, easy and healthy recipes.
This has been a project that has been underway for months but really this final product is a result of what has now been years of trying many different workouts and workout routines. Working out the way that I have structured in this guide, has completely changed the way I perceive exercise, the way I feel and also the way I look. Even though our focus should not be abs, abs, abs all day long, having a healthy toned body is something many of us want but have trouble getting and maintaining. This guide will not only help you get lean and toned, but will leave you feeling amazing. You may even end up loving exercise and if you can get to that point, then exercise is transformed into something powerful, fun and something that you're mind and body truly craves.

One month after New Years Resolutions, and this is the time that motivations slowly start to deplete and the gym grows empty. LETS CHANGE THAT! Give it your all at the gym this month, with this guide, and I promise you in just a couple of weeks you will feel amazing. The key is sticking with it! It only takes 21 days to form a habit, so if you can stick with it for the month of February, then you'll be able to stick with it in March and April and June and so on.
