It's always the best feeling when you know the weekend is just around the corner and it's even better when the sun is shining. It's absolutely frigid out but the sun makes a mental difference at least. I am currently wrapped up in my big cardigan after a chilly smoothie bowl. Unfortunately I think I am reaching the end of smoothie bowls for breakfast because it is simply to cold. It's definitely still happen but a big bowl of warm outs sounds pretty nice too. I want to start experimenting with warm breakfast bowls this fall and winter and find other healthy options that'll start the day nice and warm - while also nourishing this body and giving it energy for the day.
It also feels like the days and weeks are flying by faster than they ever have before? Does anyone else feel like that?
