What a week. These weeks seem to be flying by, with what feels like running around to different places, different commitments, and just trying to get everything done. It's been a week of 6 am workouts every morning, with a maca smoothie to get me through the morning and feeling ready for bed at 8. Bed time has not ended up being at 8 but my goodness, it could have easily been done. But seriously, thank goodness for meal prep. It has lead to me actually having proper lunches this week!
My gut has also been a little bit unhappy with me this past week, due to a weekend of not the healthiest food and then some drinking. Which really doesn't happen often so my body really reacts when it does go through it. But I finally started feeling like myself yesterday (Thursday). This is we have another summer party happening tomorrow, so well see how that makes my gut feel... I wanted to touch on this to express the importance of how I still live my life. For a while I constantly said no to things, food, drinks and experiences because my "healthy lifestyle" got the best of me. Meaning that I was a fanatic about it. And truthfully it was no way to live. I missed out on a lot because of it, which lead to my soul and mind not being happy and satisfied. You need to be able to find the balance in life and just remember to live it. That doesn't mean you should always say yes to everything when it comes to drinking and eating. Just be mindful and try to live 90/10. I promise, if you can get that mindset, then you will be able to find balance faster and have it be sustainable. But this is something I could go on and on about. So maybe a blog post of its own one day.
Nevertheless, it's the weekend!! I am so excited and so grateful for all the wonderful people I get to spend time with this weekend! So keep an eye on my instastories, if you want to follow along this weekend at the summer house! :D

1. It was warm enough to wear a dress this week
2. Trying "Core and Pilates Fusion" at Yo for the first time this week! It was SO GOOD!
3. Finishing all the To-Do lists I had going on this week

5. Getting my package from Young Living! (so much more to come about this!)
