Heyyoo from the train headed from Aarhus to Copenhagen! This is a very much delayed happy 5 but this week has just been loaded with just a lot going on, including being sick and it didn’t happen this weekend because of just so many other activities… excuses, excuses… So for the sake of this I am going to combine weeks 13 and 14 because I plan on having a lot of other goodies come on the blog this coming week.
I am officially on Easter holiday (hence the train to Cope), and tomorrow the fam and I are off to the US for a week of summer house hygge. There will still be a lot of reading, blogging and Integrative Nutrition work (I have my first test next week!), but there will also be time to calm down and enjoy the company of my family. As well as enjoy the beautiful town that is Mystic!
I definitely feel that I am personally in need of a total reboot before coming back and gearing up for exams, which are basically already around the corner… absurd. Some yoga and being by the water will definitely play a major role in this little reboot. But I'll keep ya updated on the reboot, hopefully some recipies, and most definitely the foods I'll be enjoying next week ;)

- Being able to take a day to help my body heal from a brush with a head cold
- Buying lots of travel snacks (see my insta)
- Having a loving boyfriend who did so much to make me feel better
- Being on break from uni!!!!!!
A short little update, but that's all for now. More to come very soon! I am also in a way incredibly excited for these exams because that means summer and I am devoting this summer to focusing on me, the blog, IIN and spending some time at GOYOGI. Like how great does that sound?! But more to come on this summer and why I'm not doing an internship like so many "expect" for a student like me.
