Once again we have made it to Friday! This week I had slightly less hours up at uni and is has been a gift for getting things done - let me tell you! I finally feel as though I am on track and have accomplished the things I needed to accomplish this week. Much needed, after feeling as though I didn't have enough time in the day all last week. I would presume it is because I had the weekend to really get a good start with everything but also get somethings done before the week started. NOTE TO SELF: make more weekends like this available. Not only just note to self actually. This is relevant for everyone.
I was actually discussing this with a friend this week on our way up to uni, about how we need to get better at saying no. This isn't meant to sound negative, but it can be incredibly easy to get swooped into a lot of things, and not have enough time for yourself. Self-care people, it's important. But I could write an entire post of this, how I deal with it and how I'm still learning to manage it. Well, maybe I will do that.
But for now, I'll just share my happy 5 for the week, while i sit looking out the window at blue water and blue skies - sneaking in a quick post before dinner while visiting Lasses parents.
1. Completed another Integrative Nutrition Test, which means I am one step closer to being a certified health coach
2. Having a productive and wholesome week
3. Enjoying Friday afternoon by going for a long walk by the water
4. Working on exciting projects both for Candid Camille but also for work
5. Enjoying brunch with girlfriends before classes
