A little Saturday greeting for the Happy 5 of the week. This week has been a whirlwind of a week and I may be sharing more on that soon and I may not, I haven't completely decided yet. I've definitely learned lot this week and I'm feeling incredibly grateful for all the wonderful, loving humans (well and animals for the matter) I have in my life. Sincerely, a huge shoutout to everyone that have been such a tremendous support. Which one of the things I'm happy for this week, is this idea of how sometimes we forget that we are lucky enough to have all these amazing people in our everyday lives. And even though it's ok to sometimes forget, it's so important to remember, be thankful, be grateful and show them how much they mean to you.
But on a less "intense" note, I am currently sitting at my parents dining table in Copenhagen, listening to Christmas music as my beautiful mama sits a makes little Christmas hearts for my cousin in the US. Yes, it is October 28 and we have officially given into the Christmas temptation and have chosen to embrace it 100%. Post on whether or not this is crazy or just absolutely magical coming V soon. So stay tuned for that if you are thinking, "when is too early to start Christmasing?" ;)
1. Copenhagen in the Fall
2. Having the worlds greatest friends both across the Atlantic and here in the DK
3. Making banana bread
5. Having one big ol' loving family
I hope you all continue to have a wonderful weekend and if you are like me and have had a shitty week, to say the least, then write your own Happy 5 and remember what makes you happy and what you are grateful for. I promise you, you will not only feel better but also find that little spark of happiness you might be needing.
Much love, C
