Water, water, water. We need to drink lots and lots of it, but what do you do if you get bored with it? If you are like me then you have completely cut out soda and stay as far away as possible from generally sugary drinks. Personally I can't remember the last time I had a soda and it doesn't both me at all, I don't miss it or crave it whatsoever.
But, people always ask me if I don't get tired of only drinking water all the time... honestly no, it's so wonderfully refreshing that I don't really get bored with it. With that said though, sometimes it is nice to spice it up a bit. Which is why I turn to simple seltzer water, if I'm feeling bubbly or I'll opt for detox water!!
By detox water I mean water that has been amped up with fruits and herbs! Not only do these detox waters taste utterly amazing but the combination of fruits and herbs are amazing for cleansing your system, as well as clearing up your skin. What more could you ask for? Oh, and if you are a calorie counter... this is free of calories and guilty.

- Raspberries, lemon, water (mint optional)
