It's now been a week since Christmas and New Years Eve is just around the corner - literally, it's tomorrow evening. Of course a little New Years Eve reflection will come tomorrow because 2016 has been CRAZY and the word crazy doesn't even do it justice. So much has happened. But for now, heres a little Happy 5 until for this Friday evening.
It has been the most laid back, chill week in quite a while. After a wonderful Christmas Saturday, surrounded by family, the week was completely clean of obligations. This may have lead to some rather intense laziness - which normally is something that drives me quite crazy and it has a little at some points during the day but man oh man has it been nice! And I have honestly, had no idea what day of the week it has been or is... if it wasn't for my calendar reminders on my phone I wouldn't have remembered to write this Friday Happy 5 today...
So this weeks Happy 5 doesn't have anything too exciting or crazy to share but more the appreciation of allowing laziness to happen occasionally.
1. Sleeping in past 8
2. Spending basically an entire afternoon on the couch watching Netflix and TV
3. Some new foodie experimenting (aka eating LOTS AND LOTS of food)
4. The simple things such as going to the movies with the little brother and boyf
5. Thinking about starting Integrative Nutrition this January!
