It's been a long week... lets just keep it at that and all be grateful for the fact that it is finally the weekend! My body has felt so incredibly off these past couple of days and it has, more than it should have, really worn me down. Listening to your body is so incredibly important and it can help you get back on your feet faster. Today, I got from uni had cup of coffee and headed to the gym. This was not exactly the best workout but sometimes you just need to sweat it out. I felt worse after to be completely honest so maybe it wasn't the best idea. BUT after a nice long warm shower, some comfy clothes and one vitamin packed smoothie I was ready to plop down on the couch to let me body completely relax. After feeding my body with all the goodies and lots of water I felt more like myself than I have all week! Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have the most amazing weekend!
