Browsing through the internet tonight and I came across this; it just stood out to me personally. I am definitely the type of person who can get caught up in worrying over all sorts of things. Both big and small. Everyone worries, it's a part of who we are and that's just the way it is. Now, sure you'll meet those people who seem to never worry or maybe you even are one of those people; but that is just denial. Worrying isn't a bad thing but it can sometimes hold us back. With worrying it can lead to over-thinking or possibly even lead to you holding back. Holding back from trying something new, taking that leap of faith, or even being who you truly are.
I constantly worry about...well, everything. And with this comes one of my new goals for this year. Worry less. I want to not stress myself out about so many little things by worrying, I want to be even more adventurous, I don't want over analyze everything and most of all I don't want worrying to ever hold me back. So, from now on I am going to always ask myself, "is it worth worrying?".
