What you need:

  • Food processor 
  • 1 cup almonds 
  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pure cocoa 
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds 

1. Remove seeds from dates and put aside. Place 1 cup of raw almonds in food processor, until it's a rough crumble. 2. Add the dates and coconut oil. If it is too rough and your processor has trouble really grinding it down, simply drizzle a little bit of water on it.                                                                                                                                            3.Scoop up the mixture and start to roll little pieces into small balls. On a clean surface or cutting board lay out the chia seeds, cocoa and coconut flakes (or any other toppings you prefer).                                                                      4. Once finished place in the fridge for about an hour before enjoying!! :)
